The questionnaire
To ensure that you get what you want and need, we provide a lengthy questionnaire for your to complete. With the exception of some essential details, such as your contact details, you can - if you wish - leave most of this bank or you can provide us with detailed requirements on specific areas. It is entirely at your discretion.Content
Obviously, all of the textual content needs to be provided by you. If the text is not written by you, we expect you to have copyright of it or for it to comply with copyright requirements (eg the ability to quote others). We expect this to come in the form of a text file, such as Word, and in in a structure that we will provide. You will need to indicate to us how much discretion you want to give to make corrections to the syntax or grammar, although we will correct any spelling mistakes automatically. The language that we use is English English, although if you require American English, we will accommodate that. Graphics should be ones over which you have copyright or are in the public domain and copyright-free. We will adapt these where appropriate by re- sizing, cropping, or if you require, applying visual effects.Cost
We charge a fixed price of £1,000. We do not believe in quoting a low initial charge and then to load it up with costs for other things such as templates, graphics, domain name, web hosting, etc. There will be no additional costs for the first year. The website that we produce will be suitable for a small business that requires a presence on the web,. It will also be suitable for associations, such as small charities, clubs, etc. We do not provide e-commerce sites or complex sites such as a stockbroker (with live prices, etc) would provide. Please appreciate that we are pricing a fixed price service.
