q. Can you provide a logo? a. We think that a logo is important if you want to use your brand to impress. A good logo can take weeks and a lot of money to produce, but many small businesses can produce a very appropriate logo using readily available software packages. Our expectation is that you will provide your own logo because it should embody how you want your brand perceived and should be available and suitable for use on your other marketing material, such as business cards. We will, however, as a special request, produce a simple logo for use on your website.Style
q. What if I do not like what you have produced? a. Of course, we really hope that that does not happen. If you have strong opinions as to what style you want, you need to express those in the instructing questionnaire. After that, at the draft stage, you have an opportunity to request changes in things like layout, colours, and page structuring, so that the final draft, for snagging purposes, should meet your requirements. But our objective is to have a satisfied customer, and we will work to ensure that that happens.

q. How can i be sure that you will complete the work? a. Payments will be made through Paypal, which gives you an high degree of protection. (See the Paypal website for further information).Extras
q. Are there really no extras? a. We are aware that some website developers will ‘sucker in’ potential clients with a cheap headline price and it is only as the client works through the system that he or she becomes aware of the full cost. We do not do it that way. As this is a fixed price offering, that is the price that you will pay. There are obviously limits to what can be provided for a fixed price and we have set these out in the web pages. You might want to, for instance, have more than 20 pages and we can quote you for that.
